Soul Weavings
Rooted in self-portraiture, this body of work explores the shifting nature of identity and the tension between knowing and not knowing oneself. Through deconstructing and reconstructing the figure, I examine vulnerability, resilience, and transformation. Stitched lines, torn paper, and cloth extend the drawn mark into physical space, connecting the body with the natural world. Fragments gathered after storms are woven into the work as reminders of nature's resilience and the shared cycles of loss and renewal that shape both human and ecological experience.
